CPS offers e-mail-based technical support for registered users of eNETPayroll. To assist us in serving you efficiently, please provide the following information when you e-mail our support team:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Contact Person
  • Operating System
  • Java Virtual Machine Version
  • Browser and Version
  • A detailed description of the problem. You should be able to help us reproduce the problem if necessary.

E-mail your support requests to: support@canadianpayrollsystems.com. E-mail messages are answered as they are received, usually the same business day. All messages will be responded to within 24 hours.

E-mail support is supplied for CPS products only. However, questions involving external issues that relate to the use of our products may arise. CPS will endeavor to provide solutions for such third-party issues if they are deemed to be directly related to the use of our payroll programs. Third-party issues may include questions regarding operating systems, Windows technologies or other third-party products.
