problem if necessary.

E-mail messages are answered as they are received, usually the same business day.
All messages will be responded to within 24 hours. E-mail
support is supplied for CPS products only. However, questions involving external
issues that relate to the use of our products may arise. CPS will endeavor to
provide solutions for such third-party issues if they are deemed to be directly
related to the use of our payroll programs. Third-party issues may include questions
regarding operating
systems, Windows technologies or other third-party products.
